Family run Wilderness Wood in beautiful Sussex Weald (UK) is looking for a Deputy Hospitality Manager to help run their day-to-day front of house, information, sales and catering services, supporting their Hospitality and Events Manager across the full range of her duties. This is a demanding and fulfilling role that would suit someone with the enthusiasm and energy to work in a place that not only changes seasonally but where no two days are the same! Applicants will need a passion for slow, local, sustainable food and living and be able to create a fantastic experience for their diverse visitors, anyone from families on a day out to a corporate group visiting for a workshop.
